How it works - 4 simple steps
Step 1:
Submit your friend’s resume
Upload their contact details and current CV using our referral form. Make sure the resume is complete and up to date so our recruitment team can review all relevant information.
Step 2:
Verification and feedback
Our recruitment team will check your friend’s qualifications against our open positions. If they meet the basic requirements, we will contact them directly to discuss the next steps.
Step 3:
Hiring process
If your friend successfully completes the recruitment process – including interviews, technical tests, and possibly a team meeting – we will make them an attractive job offer. You will be kept informed throughout the process.
Step 4:
Receive your bonus
Once your friend is hired and proves themselves in their new role, you will receive a bonus of up to PLN 4,000.
Payment schedule:
- First installment after one month of employment
- Second installment after three months of employment
