Additional work experience and qualifications give you an advantage and improve your chances of recruitment. Also, a practical diploma/master’s degree in the fields of engineering or computer science, as well as solid experience in handling the main tools (CAD, programming languages, etc.) are an advantage. You also bring knowledge of a foreign language (for example English, German, or Spanish).
