Star­ting as a trainee in sales

Do you have a degree in IT or Engineering and would like a career in Sales? We’ll give you the skills you need for the future with on-the-job training. Take a look at our six-month trainee programme.

(Senior) Account Manager

As a (Senior) Account Manager, you will either focus on our support or competence business. In both cases, you will look after our regular customers and acquire valuable new customers for lasting and successful business relationships.

(Senior) Account Manager Contrac­ting

As an Account Manager Contracting, you will support freelancers in diverse projects and build a stable network of reliable partners to confidently bring together demanding clients and qualified freelancers.

(Senior) Consul­tant Direct

As a (Senior) Consultant Direct, you will find the right person for challenging technical and management positions. You will advise our clients and candidates on an equal footing and, as a networker, you will systematically expand your pool of candidates and clients.

Busi­ness Manager

Do you have several years of success in Sales and would like to take on more responsibility? Then it's time to move on to the next career level: as a Business Manager, you will manage your own Business Unit and the associated Sales team.

Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you will continuously pursue the goal of keeping your branchon a successful course. Together with your Regional and Sales Manager, you will develop strategic concepts for regional business development and the implementation of corporate strategy.

Regi­onal Manager
