Mentor support
The people who work with us enjoy stability: you will always have an experienced sales colleague by your side as a mentor throughout your entire traineeship. This mentor will work with you to explore your personal strengths and promote them in a targeted manner.
Goal-oriented development
Within half a year you will acquire concentrated practical knowledge and lay the perfect foundation for your future. As a sales trainee, you will benefit from tailored development programmes from our in-house ABLEacademy, which include personalised training sessions.
Quickly assume responsibility
You will benefit from our project variety and take on responsibility after just a short time. After your trainee programme and onboarding as an account manager, we will offer you a profit-sharing bonus and a company car for private use.
Optimum career prospects
Last but not least: if you would like to stay on board with FERCHAU in the long-term, you have excellent career prospects at our owner-managed company. You can advance from account manager to branch or regional manager.
FERCHAU’s trainee programme provided me with an ideal way to get started in sales, because I not only gained comprehensive know-how and practical knowledge within a very short amount of time, but I was also able to get involved in operational activities from day one!
The course of your trainee programme
Acquiring new customers, giving sales talks, providing customers with support – at FERCHAU you will gather extensive experience in these areas. We will also get you fit for the future in terms of personnel marketing, personnel selection and employee management. You will spend time at a minimum of three branches and acquire the necessary leadership skills to one day take off in a top management position.
